In the days of Christ, the Jewish people allowed their faith to be controlled by the “churches” of their time (synagogues). The leaders of these churches didn’t want to search the Scriptures for the Truth (Christ) to which they were witness. 

 

Today, we are repeating the past by putting the control of our faith in modern-day churches while ignoring the word of God. The point of fact in this matter is the word “church” does not belong in the Bible in the first place. The modern-day denominations have all been birthed from Roman Catholicism and will meet the same fate of destruction in the end.
